Nissan: Color Studio
My Contribution
Concept → Art Direction → Design → Final Execution
An early project that established something I've carried throughout my career: I don't just art direct ideas, I originate them.
To launch a line of accessories for the Nissan Juke, we created Color Studio, a vibrant, multi-faceted campaign designed to make the accessories feel as expressive and individual as the car itself.
I developed the creative concepts and art directed the campaign across a range of executions, including posters, a lenticular piece, a die-cut print brochure, point-of-sale materials and video.
The work was deliberately tactile and design-driven, using color, dimensionality and unexpected physical formats to turn a straightforward accessory launch into something people wanted to interact with.
I was responsible for the concept development, visual direction, art direction and design across the campaign, working closely with copywriter and creative directors to bring the ideas to life.
The work went on to receive recognition across advertising and design competitions, including Platinum and Gold Graphis Awards and multiple ADDY Awards.
